Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales ops admin for 12 months contract role, this is for our well know Technology client.
What Will You Do:
- Manage the Configure, Price, Quote Process within Salesforce
- - Insights and reporting: Derive and communicate insights from large data sets. Generate insights from Salesforce data and dashboards for partners and sales teams.
- - Handle/overcome order errors between PANW Order Team and Distributors
- - Handle Licenses and Entitlement Inventory enquiries
- - Liaise with renewal team for license extension or temporary licenses extension etc
- - Independently with IT support to troubleshoot and resolve SFDC issues arising from pre and post order booking.
- - Follow up on delivery status after order is placed
- Planning and Logistic assistance for running events such as workshops
What Will You Need:
- Experience in business or sales operations, analytics, or planning
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams
- Efficient team player
- Good knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com, particularly with Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) and Reporting system
- Well versed with Google Suite (Advanced skills in Excel modeling) and MS Office applications
