Administration Executive
· Manage and maintain daily office operations, including office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
· Provide administrative support to management, including handling confidential documents.
· Support the accounting team with various financial tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, and expense management.
· Process payroll support in a timely manner & various claims.
· Support process in such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, managing employee records,
· Support on various types of insurance review exercise (e.g. Hospitalization / Surgical, Workmen Compensation, etc.)
· Support compliance with statutory reporting & filing requirements.
· 1-year renewable contract.
Requirements
· Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resource Management.
· Familiar with Employment Act and Statutory requirements
· At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Ability to work independently as well as a good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
