The Sales Operations Manager/Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes, managing sales data, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will leverage their martial arts experience to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our programs.Key Responsibilities: * Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.
  • Data Management: Oversee the management of sales data, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Generate regular reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, creating proposals, and coordinating sales outreach efforts.
  • Training and Development: Organize and conduct training for sales staff on products, services, and sales techniques, including how to effectively communicate the benefits of martial arts training.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist with customer relationship management, including onboarding new members, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads and prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and program offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the management team.
  • Event Coordination: Support sales efforts during events, workshops, and seminars, ensuring adequate staffing and resources are available.
Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or a related field. Experience in the martial arts industry or fitness sector is highly desirable.
  • Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
