We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Recruitment Admin Assistant to support both our recruitment and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage and update recruitment databases and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the manager with candidate communication and feedback, ensuring timely responses.
  • Help with onboarding new candidates by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in the management and updating of social media accounts to promote job openings and branding.
  • Work closely with the manager to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Prepare and organize materials for events, meetings, interviews etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and candidates.
  • Assist the manager with general administrative tasks, including maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, and tracking deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, including job advertisements and social media posts.
  • Assist in managing schedules for the team and fixing appointments for interviews, client meetings, and team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, administration, marketing, or HR (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (example: Canvas) and social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
