Claims Administrator (2 year contract)

In this role, you will be mainly providing administrative support to the claims assessment team. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Segment Head, Claims and work closely with the claims assessment team to ensure that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirement and meet service objectives.- PP and Manual FS Claim registration in Life Asia
- Understanding of Workflow System
- Able to work in a very fast pace environment and under stressful situation
- Able to cope with high volume of claim registration
- Customer-centric
- Prepare medical report requisition forms and report fees
- Prepare medical report follow up letters and follow up with clinics via calls or fax
- Type claim letters as assigned by claims officers
- Contact agents and customers for claims requirements and claims payment
- Prepare payment for claims vendors
- Register claims
- Prepare claims documents for IMO and claims officers
