Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with supervisors and administrative staff for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of sites.
Plan and develop work schedules for employees in multiple sites.
Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Lead in-house training for staff.
Conduct meetings to maintain consistency, and effective communication amongst staff.
Prepare particle count certifications.
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is mandatory.
Fluent in English.
Good communication, time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Able to supervise staff.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Work location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: 5 days work week
