- Administer Pre-Admission, Admission and Discharge of patients such that patients' information is accurately captured in the system and patients understand the process and bills.
- Undertake collection of deposits and payments through various payment modes such as credit cards, cash, nets, etc., preparation of and processing insurance claims.
- Follow up on the company/insurance's Letter of Guarantees.
- Ensure overall accuracy in managing patients' information and transactions.
- Handle enquiries and queries on admission, discharge bills/claims, and manage third-party payer relations.
- Achieve overall efficiency and timeliness in attending to patients, doctors, third-party payers and insurance companies.
- Possesses a degree or a diploma in any discipline.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- To perform 2 rotating shifts on a 5-day work week including public holidays and weekends.
