Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing human resource plans and programs to support the organization's goal of becoming an "Employer of Choice."
Collaborate with management, departments, unions, and employees to achieve HR and organizational objectives.
Manage and execute HR functions such as recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication, industrial relations, staff wellness, and scholarships/sponsorships.
Provide value-added advice and services to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource functions.

Organized, meticulous, proactive, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and people-oriented.
Strong passion, drive, and high personal integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
