Responsibilities

- Full set day to day HR Duties.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and preparation of contracts.

- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation programs and documentation.

Performance Management

- Monitor and coordinate employee’s confirmation on a monthly basis, ensuring timely appraisals by their immediate supervisors via performance appraisal forms.

- Assist and process monthly payroll including employee CPF, Bank GIRO and other related employee salary matters.

- Prepare and assist the HR Manager in the yearly performance appraisal exercise and Annual Increment.

Training and Development.

- Organize and schedule training sessions like employee hygiene course, forklift course arrangement.

- Manage company insurance and monitor the insurance claim submission

- Government related matter like IRAS( IR8A,IR21), CPF, MOM( passes renew & passes application, survey, levy claim and other related MOM matter) , Grant submission and claim.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR records/system.

- Preparation of any HR related letters (Certificate of Employment, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Bonuses, Transfer, Re-Designation, Promotion, Resignation, Termination, Misconduct, etc.)

- Monitor and manage all mandatory medical checkups for employees, as well as employee insurance claims.

Offboarding

- Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees, including resignations, terminations, and retirements.

- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure all offboarding documentation is completed, including the preparation of final payslips, tax forms, and Certificates of Employment.

- Ensure the recovery of any issued company assets (e.g., laptops, access cards) and/or revoke system access.

Additional Duties

- Participate in any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Min 2 years’ experience in HR, HRMS user are preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processing

- Initiative and attentiveness to ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records

- High level of discretion and professionalism
