Major Responsibilities:
- Monitor absent employee, serve letter of breach of contract
- Put up cases for union appeal to HQ
- Coordinate and arrange with Union on the appeal sessions
- Maintaining the CPS System
- Issue of employee pass to recruit, and replacement for lost and damaged ones
- Monitor renewal of driving license/vocational license/work permit/employment pass
- Monitor for contract renewals
- Cancellation of WP and employment pass, withdrawal of VL (non-local)
- Monitor staff due for retirement
- Assists in organizing monthly/quarterly orientation sessions for Head Depot 7 Others Assist on other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level or Diploma with 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Organized, meticulous and task-oriented
- Team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
- IT Savvy
