- Conduct employee surveys and implement feedback mechanisms to improve workplace culture.
4. Performance Management & Career Development
- Develop performance management frameworks tailored to creative and technical roles.

5. HR Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment industries).
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, talent needs, and work culture.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and data-driven HR decision-making.
