Responsible in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development and familiar with Singaporean Employment Law and Ministry of Manpower regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and offering job positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations and Communication: Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by tracking and managing employee reviews and feedback. Assist in identifying employee development needs and training opportunities.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, compensation, benefits, and leave balances. Handle employee benefits administration
- Training and Development: Coordinate internal and external training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies. Assist in developing career growth plans and professional development programs.
- Payroll and Compensation: Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, and deduction records. Support compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Assist in generating HR reports for management on staffing, turnover, training, and performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
