Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process, from posting vacancies to onboarding.
  • Gather job requirements and conduct outreach to attract candidates.
  • Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and support the selection process.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide updates.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and relevant documents.
  • Coordinate issuance of access passes, uniforms, and equipment.

Foreign Worker Matters

  • Assist with foreign worker issues, including work pass applications, renewals, and housing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for work passes.

Personnel Administration

  • Maintain employee records and issue privilege cards.
  • Prepare letters for confirmation, promotion, and other matters.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and manage pantry and stationery supplies.

HR Surveys and Employee Relations

  • Complete statutory board surveys as needed.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.
  • Handle routine employee issues in line with policies and regulations.
  • Document and track feedback on issue resolution.

Staff Engagement

  • Plan and execute staff activities and wellness programs.
  • Conduct outlet visits to engage staff and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
