Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing Salesforce user accounts and handle provisioning for new users, ensuring proper access controls and configurations.
  • Liaise with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) on contract, billing, and licensing issues, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
  • Understand user processes across different business functions and translate them into technical design flows.
  • Prepare and propose Statements of Work (SOW) for external partners (approximately 20% of the role).
  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce flows and processes for internal use (approximately 80% of the role)
  • Provide daily troubleshooting of Salesforce issues, errors, and failures to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and plan user interfaces for ServiceCloud, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Continuously improve and optimize Salesforce workflows, processes, and user interfaces to drive efficiency.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance user productivity and experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer or similar role, with a focus on ServiceCloud and Field Service.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Field Service with a deep understanding of Work Orders, Service Appointments, FSL Flows, and Work Order Line Items.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, APEX, and Lightning components (Aura).
  • Experience in ServiceCloud contact center setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Proven ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating user processes into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) on contracts, billing, and licensing issues is a plus.
