QA/QC Manager
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the facility's strategies, objectives, and operational status to ensure high-quality processes and products.
· Review quality testing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory standards are followed.
· Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
· Manage inspections and resolve quality issues.
· Lead continuous improvement efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles and practices.
· Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
· Ability to lead and manage a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
