Job Description:
- Customer Reception: Greet and guide visitors, clients, and customers as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming environment, while maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
- Phone and Communication Management: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, responding or redirecting them appropriately.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Organise and manage appointments and maintain the calendar of activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as issuing receipts, filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, offer information, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and deliveries for both security and organisational purposes.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities, events, and other initiatives.
- Support to Staff and Management: Provide general administrative support to staff and upper management.
