Engage with Clients & Candidates – Make outbound calls to schedule meetings and appointments.
Screen & Qualify – Ask relevant questions to ensure candidates meet the required criteria.
Keep Track of Interactions – Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Follow Up – Ensure all details are accurate, provide updates, and answer inquiries promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to engage and build rapport effortlessly.
Excellent Time Management – Able to schedule and manage multiple appointments without conflicts.
Attention to Detail – Ensures all client and candidate information is accurate.
Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Telemarketing is a Plus – But not required!
