  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SENIOR / SUPERVISOR

  • High end salon in orchard area looking for Front desk

  • Work closely with Salon Manager

  • Attend to incoming calls & customer enquiries. Check in/check out clients

  • Record/register all clients details in Shortcuts POS system, End of Day Closing

  • Recommend/provide information about products and services

  • Assist in marketing tasks as and when assigned on

  • Monitor & manage clients within the salon

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Miscellaneous administrative work inclusive of organizing of mailing lists and packages’ records,

  • Communicate with and engage trainees, stylists, technicians, tea ladies and other fellow employees on areas of customer service and operation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has a service-oriented mindset and people-centricity in dealing with clients and fellow colleagues

  • Preferably with some customer service experience

  • Able to speak English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a bonus

  • Able to work independently and multitask

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good team player

  • Has a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2000 - $2100 (Basic) + attractive commission (up to $1200)
