Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.

Our Human Resources team manages the heart of the organization (i.e., its people), from recruitment and training to employee engagement and relations. The team ensures a skilled and dedicated workforce committed to a common mission.

We are looking for someone who will take a proactive lead in attracting and hiring talent. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and design innovative strategies that connect with potential candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle fostering a positive employee experience.

As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, your impact and contribution includes:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to select the best candidates for our unique environment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
  • Managing employer branding initiatives to promote Pathlight as an employer of choice in the education sector.
  • Participating in recruitment events, including job fairs and campus outreach programs, to identify and engage potential talents.
  • Generating recruitment reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes, while continuously looking for areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, including social media recruitment and campus hiring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
