Office Hours
- Responsible for maintaining, updating & troubleshooting of employees’ digital HR files. Liaise with HR Business Partners on new hires’ on-boarding and outstanding documents.
- Maintaining the HR Shared services email inbox and ensures that queries are resolved within the standard level agreement of 2 working days of turnaround time.
- Providing immigration services, advice and support to HR Business Partners on various work pass/ dependant pass matters (from application, issuance, renewal and billing) in Singapore.
- Liaising with external benefit provider vendor for benefit enrolment/termination, verifying employee’s insurance/ flex-benefits claims and to process insurance invoices.
- Be the main point of contact to fulfil each entity’s online postings of job openings (i.e. MCF) in local government hiring website.
- Ensuring that other HR administrative duties as assigned, e.g. drafting of employment contracts and addendums/ updates in relevant HR systems are fulfilled within stipulated turnaround time.
