Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Business Finance Analyst Specialist / Senior Specialist:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop detailed business cases and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain financial models to assess business initiatives.
  • Provide insights through financial evaluations and valuations to aid strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a KPI framework to support ongoing performance tracking.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and prepare management reports.
  • Handle documentation processes including contracts, agreements, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to other business development or value chain projects as assigned, including participation in merger and acquisition-related activities such as due diligence and integration if needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry's value chain is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid background in financial modeling, research, and business case development.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; experience in preparing feasibility studies.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Independent, self-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Training is provided.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,700 +AWS +VB (4 - 6 Months)
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
