
Senior HR Executive (MNC)
About the Job
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in Singapore, while supporting small teams in SEA. The role covers HR across operations, R&D, sales, marketing, finance, and IT, and supports around 127 employees (SG: 120, VN: 4, PH: 3). The ideal candidate is independent, knowledgeable in local compliance, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee Singapore payroll and coordinate with outsourced payroll vendors BIPO HRIS and local teams for VN/PH.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on renewals, claims, and headcount updates.
- Maintain HRIS records (Workday/BIPO) and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal audit standards.
- Coordinate employee training and apply for government training grants.
- Support internal stakeholders across functions with HR guidance and documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication efforts.
Must-Have Requirements
- Able to work independently and manage day-to-day HR operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore HR regulations and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Background from manufacturing
- ISO and Customer Audit experience as an auditee would be a PLUS.
