Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, CareerFuture and JobStreet to attract top talent across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles, including regional positions in ASEAN countries (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: CPF contributions, IRAS tax filings, and MOM regulations.
- Administer employee benefits (e.g., medical insurance) and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Stay updated on changes to Singapore’s Employment Act which may impacting payroll.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines.
- Support work pass applications (e.g., EP, S Pass) and renewals for foreign employees.
- Assist in developing HR policies aligned with Singapore’s Tripartite Guidelines and ASEAN regional practices.
4. Employee Engagement & Regional Support:
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation on Singapore workplace culture.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and cross-border employment (ASEAN).
5. Administrative Support:
- Manage office administrative tasks: Building Management, maintaining office supplies & Cleanliness, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, letters, reports) and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events (Clients visit, team-building activities, training sessions).
- Support onboarding/offboarding logistics (workstation setup, access cards, IT equipment).
6. Others task
- Office IT support including business email creation, laptop issue, company website and etc.
- Monthly office expenses payment from consolidation, approval till payment from bank.
- Others task as and when assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR, with experience on recruitment and payroll. Experience in ASEAN markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) is a strong advantage.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS requirements.
- Understanding of ASEAN labor regulations and cultural nuances.
