What You’ll Be Doing
More Than HR – You’re a Talent Acquisition & Business Partner
• Leads end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to align role needs with our vision and values — G.R.I.T. and “Play to Win.”
• Source and attract quality candidates across various platforms — you know where talent lives and how to reach them.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to first day — keeping it warm, human, and memorable.
Connecting Talent to Impact – Talent Management Partner
• Support onboarding experience that goes beyond admin — think welcome culture, early engagement, and seamless transitions.
• Maintain and update HRIS & employee files with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Manage employee benefits programs.
• Track and manage leave, attendance, and employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in policy communication and HR documentation — letters, memos, reminders, and more.
• Be a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related support.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Office & Event Support - Because Culture Counts
• Keep the office running smoothly — from managing pantry supplies and vendors to helping organize workspace setups and staff needs.
• Support the planning and execution of team-building events, celebrations, and HR campaigns.
• Help document and celebrate moments — birthdays, anniversaries, milestones — because people matter here.
What We’re Looking For
• Talent with Strategy – You bring hands-on experience of 3 to 4 years in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and are confident with navigating employment laws, HR operations, and best practices.
• People & Business Acumen – You understand how business goals, talent trends, and data come together to drive strategic workforce solutions.
