Job Posting: Fashion Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store located in the Central Area. If you have strong product knowledge, a flair for fashion, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service, we want you to be a part of our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs and style preferences
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, fashion trends, and current promotions
Ensure that the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success
Requirements:
Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion
Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Flexibility to work 44 hours per week, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including weekends
Commission-based pay to reward high performance

What We Offer:
Competitive base salary ranging from $1,800 to $2,300/month, depending on experience
Commission-based earnings in addition to the base salary
