  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:

  • Daily Student Supervision ,Well-being and provide emotional support when needed.
  • Supervise students during before- and after-school hours to ensure safety, discipline, and well-being. Oversee daily routines, including meals, rest, homework, and showering (if applicable).
  • Conduct non-academic enrichment classes (e.g. values education, art & craft, mindfulness, green fingers, music ).
  • Work with teachers to plan and facilitate holiday programs and events for students .
  • Open the centre punctually and ensure the space is safe, clean, and ready for students.
  • Prepare materials for the day’s lessons, meals or scheduled activities.
  • Perform daily checks on safety, hygiene and resource availability.
  • Handle student attendance records and update enrolment or medical details when required.
  • Work with accountant to collect and process basic payments.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of student materials, tee shirt or pantry stock.
  • Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries regarding student care services.
  • Conduct basic centre tours and explain programs to potential parents.
  • Follow up on leads, assist in student registration, and support enrolment drives.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with parents regarding student conduct and progress.
  • Work closely with school teachers, Centre managers, and external vendors when needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new staff, where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in preschool or after school care

Others:

Location: Beauty World

Mon, Thurs and Fri: 9.30am to 7.30pm

Tues and Wed: 11am to 9pm

Sat required IF there is school events: 9am to 1pm
