Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the various stakeholders and users, both internal and external, during planning, design, tender and construction stages.
Assist with the management and coordination with stakeholders, consultatants and contractors.
Plan, administer and execute projects to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor construction and inspect site works for compliance and discrepancies.
Assist with the preparation and management of construction contracts
Prepare project progress reports.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or construction related.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in design and/or management of building construction projects.
Proficient in drafting related and project management software.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Detail-oriented and a good team player.
