Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a medical aesthetics clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, facilitating communication, HR, accounting, marketing, IT, event management and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Communication: Handle email, phone, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including preparing documents and reports.
4. Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned by the CEO.
5. Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role. With minimum A levels or equivalent.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
3. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
4. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
