Job Description

Corporate Administration & Governance

  • Provide secretariat support to our Board and subcommittees, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document preparation
  • Support compliance with the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs, ensuring timely filings and documentation
  • Coordinate audits, policy reviews, and internal reporting processes
  • Oversee daily office and IT operations, manage vendor contracts, and supervise procurement

Human Resource Support

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate staff training and maintain HR records
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance matters
  • Support staff welfare and internal communications

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or corporate services environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage details, deadlines, and confidential information
  • A proactive team player who communicates well and is solutions-oriented
  • Familiarity with charity governance frameworks is an advantage
