Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in human resources who are looking to further their career in a fast-paced and people-centric environment. You will play a key role in driving core HR functions and ensuring seamless administrative operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records including personal details, contracts, payroll data, and performance appraisals.
- Administer monthly payroll processes, ensuring precision and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.
- Draft and manage official HR and administrative documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in planning and organising company events.
- Review, record, and checking of employees' claims.
- Perform checks on attendance and punctuality.
- Host weekly company-wide morning meetings to align teams and communicate key updates.
- Support management with various ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification, with at least 2 years of working experience in HR and/or office administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR operational functions; familiarity with employment regulations and payroll processing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for documentation and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
