On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team to work with their management office.
- Liaising on behalf of the Company with all suppliers and customers to provide information and to address any queries and concerns raised by the suppliers and customers.
- Preparing and arranging purchase and sales contracts, invoices, permits and other required documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and such other documents as needed by the management of the Company.
- Generating and circulating documents to co-ordinate overseas office and follow-ups.
- File archiving and documents management
- Ensure the proper environment and security of the office
- Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
- Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any field
- More than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably as Document controller.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
- Good time management.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems is preferred, working knowledge of MYOB will be added value.
- 5.5 days per week (Weekdays: 8.30/9.00am – 5.30/6.00pm; Saturday: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
