  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Temp Customer Service Officer!

Temp Customer Service Officer



Location: Vivo

Duration: 4 Dec 2023- 3 Jan 2023

Working Hours: 5-6 days work week including both weekends, Rostered shifts between 9.30am to 9.00pm (7-9 hours/day)

Salary: $13/hr (PH +1 day)

Job scope:

Providing mall concierge services.

Attending to shoppers’ queries.

Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.

Processing the sale of shopping vouchers.

Requirements:



Minimum GCE 'N’ Level.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.




The temp will work alternate shift (5 days – 6 days – 5 days – 6 days).

Shift hours (5 days)

Shift A: 9:30am – 7:00pm

Shift B: 12:40pm - 10:10pm

Shift C: 11:30am – 9:00pm

Shift hours (6 days)

Shift A: 9:30am – 5:35pm

Shift B: 2:05pm - 10:10pm

Shift C: 11:30am – 7:35pm
