Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing plans aligned with Company nbusiness objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the construction sector.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee advertising campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) to promote Company products.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, press releases, and website content.
• Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase Leetsteel’s offerings.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI and customer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
• Vendor Relations: Build relationships with media outlets and negotiate contracts with external vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
