  • Content Creation & Management: Create compelling digital content (e.g., blog posts, articles, newsletters, videos, and graphics) that aligns with the goals and audience interests.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the social media presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor trends.
  • Website Optimization: Oversee the content management of the website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and event promotions, to engage members and prospects.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to the association’s website.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), monitoring budgets, and analyzing the ROI of paid marketing efforts.
  • Member Engagement: Leverage digital platforms to engage with members and stakeholders, encouraging participation in the activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with the brand guidelines and voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including event management, membership, and communications teams, to align digital marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Leadership: to lead a team of marketing executives in ensuring timely and consistent delivery of marketing objectives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (at least 2 year) in marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques, website management, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaign design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
