Senior e-commerce marketing manager
E-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets, owning the P&L and optimizing the online customer experience across all platforms. This role involves identifying digital trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing e-commerce operations and technology, partnering with marketing on digital campaigns, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decisions.
The Leader will also build and lead the e-commerce team. Lead the development and oversight of marketing strategy, ensuring alignment of content, paid ads, and influencer collaborations with broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Managing content calendars, campaign execution, brand storytelling, leading paid ad strategies, and working cross-functionally.
Strong analytical skills and team management experience are essential.

Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data insights to drive decision-making and achieve measurable results.
Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent project management and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
