  • Create engaging content (social media posts, blogs, newsletters) to drive brand awareness.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid ad performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for visually appealing campaigns.
  • Track KPIs (conversion rates) and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

Customer & Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor website traffic, bounce rates, and user experience, suggesting improvements.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor analysis.
  • Address customer queries and reviews to enhance online reputation.
  • Identify new trends, tools, and technologies to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy anddecision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mind set with excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UX principles.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) or video editing skills.
