The Senior Marketing Associate for Behold Julien (Claudine) will craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to uphold their reputations as culinary landmarks. This role requires an innovative approach to brand building, event marketing, digital outreach, and storytelling, with a strong emphasis on profiling Chef Julien Royer as a global culinary leader. The role serves as the brand and creative custodian, managing the creation of engaging content, visuals, and marketing materials to maintain brand consistency and deliver impactful messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

    • Develop marketing strategies that reflect the unique identity of the venue.

    • Execute cut-through 360-marketing campaigns that drive impactful business outcomes and cultural resonance

    • Collaborate with HQ’s creative agency, external agencies and freelancers to produce compelling branding materials.

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media

    • Create on-brand content across social media and eDM platforms.

    • Manage digital channels, including website updates and social media platforms.

    • Monitor and optimise campaigns using data analytics to ensure audience reach and engagement.

  • Public Relations & Storytelling

    • Foster relationships with local and international media, influencers, and industry partners.

    • Plan and execute press and KOLs campaigns, including crafting compelling press releases, fact sheets, bios, media pitches, and facilitation of media interviews and tastings.

  • Event and Partnership Marketing

    • Identify, review and evaluate partnership opportunities to elevate the brand experience.

    • Plan and execute marketing efforts for events, collaborations, and seasonal launches.

  • Guest Engagement

    • Work with Operations teams to develop VIP customer initiatives and on-going loyalty ideas to enhance overall guest retention.

    • Work with the Operations team to identify opportunities to elevate guest experience.

    • Analyze guest feedback to refine marketing efforts and dining experiences.

  • Operational Collaboration

    • Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with service delivery.

  • Creative Production

    • Develop and adapt compelling key visuals and artwork for events, campaigns, and seasonal launches, ensuring consistency with the overall brand and suitability across various marketing platforms.

    • Capture and edit photos to create engaging and timely social media content

    • Collaborate with agencies to manage the production of marketing collaterals, ensuring quality and timely delivery

  • Project Management

  • Oversee and manage master timeline to ensure work goes out on time

  • Communicate and drive marketing agenda at outlet meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile brands or projects.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Ads Manager, SEO, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for partnership building and media relations.

  • Keen eye for aesthetics with a flair for visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in basic design and photography, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
