Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote restaurant menus, special events, and promotions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic and reservations.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and staff to create behind-the-scenes content and storytelling.
  • Stay updated with food trends and viral content to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Track social media analytics to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media for restaurants, cafes, or F&B brands.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Excellent content creation skills (photography, videography, and copywriting).
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
