Job Responsibilities
- In-house design for company’s collaterals such as E-book (portfolio), graphics, etc.
- Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)
- Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Manage company’s website ( WordPress CMS ) for updates and tracking/processing write-in leads.
- Regular updating of new projects on the company’s website, interior portals and liaise with them for portfolio postings with project details.
- Liaison with the vendor for SEO performance and tracking of page ranking.
- Analyse Facebook Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools such as Google Analytics/AdWords.
- Manage customers’ feedback/complaints and keep a record of reviews/testimonials.
- Brand and marketing development related activities
- Any other ad-hoc design/administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO and SEM
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Experience in content creation and social media
- Knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords / Analytics, and content management system
- Able to work independently
- Dynamic personality
