Job Responsibilities

  • In-house design for company’s collaterals such as E-book (portfolio), graphics, etc.
  • Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)
  • Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Manage company’s website ( WordPress CMS ) for updates and tracking/processing write-in leads.
  • Regular updating of new projects on the company’s website, interior portals and liaise with them for portfolio postings with project details.
  • Liaison with the vendor for SEO performance and tracking of page ranking.
  • Analyse Facebook Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools such as Google Analytics/AdWords.
  • Manage customers’ feedback/complaints and keep a record of reviews/testimonials.
  • Brand and marketing development related activities
  • Any other ad-hoc design/administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in the related field
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Experience in content creation and social media
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords / Analytics, and content management system
  • Able to work independently
  • Dynamic personality
  • Liaison of company clients and vendors
