Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and execute creative and compelling digital marketing campaigns across different channels / platforms including media, web, content partners, influencers, SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop digital marketing strategies for content management, web marketing and online lead generation
  • Work closely with sales team to manage various marketing activities, including paid campaigns, advertising budget, ad landing page optimization, drip campaigns, sales funnels, etc.
  • Develop and track marketing analytics for web and social media.
  • Update and improve dashboards
  • Develop, champion and manage social media marketing for the business.
  • Monitor performance marketing effectiveness, provide actionable recommendations and report directly to the Head of Department.
  • Focus on the continuous performance improvement of all marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, opportunities, and learnings in digital marketing
  • Manage all web content, blogs, web listings and email blasts
  • Write content for email and digital copy, videos, agency briefs, internal stakeholder communications and events
  • Strategically think about onsite campaigns that should be amplified and work with Business Development Team for regional execution
  • Integrate digital tracking into offline direct marketing activities
  • Support the department in executing marketing plans and promotions
  • Plan and execute Club events
  • Conduct Club audits to ensure adhesion to marketing and communications branding and copy guidelines
  • Admin duties of Marketing Department – filing, billing, processing of invoices, requisition of stationery
  • Assist in filming requests
  • Assist in Photography for Club events when assigned
  • Sourcing and procuring of Club merchandise
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing/ Communications/ e-commerce and relevant experience focused on Web/Digital preferred.
  • 4 – 5 years’ experience in related field, with at least 2-3 years in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Knowledge of ad buying across Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, AdWords and other platforms.
  • Familiar with internet and mobile technologies development and consumer trends.
  • Strong data analytical skills, passion in experimentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse campaign results and determine ROI
  • Good understanding of lead generation and customer marketing, and measuring outcomes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners at all levels
  • Team player, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Superior knowledge of web platforms such as WordPress
  • Superior knowledge of social media landscape, networks and toolsets
  • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
