Key Responsibilities
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Propose and support the implementation of process enhancements to improve speed, accuracy, and overall productivity.
Assist in developing documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for streamlined processes.
Finance & Accounting – Collections & Payment Management:
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via email, calls, and meetings to expedite payments and address disputes.
Work with the finance team to track payment statuses and escalate chronic delays for resolution.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including payment summaries, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts to support decision-making.
Contribute to streamlining payment collection processes and improving client communication for efficient financial operations.
Ensure all payment-related documentation and records are accurately maintained and adhere to company policies.
Customer Success:
Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Proactively monitor client accounts to identify and address issues, improving client retention rates.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve delivery, product, or payment-related issues promptly.
Provide personalized recommendations and insights to clients, helping them optimize their engagement with Farmio’s services.
Regularly update clients on new features, product offerings, and updates to enhance their experience.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Support promotional activities and campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness to suggest improvements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
Negotiate client agreements, balancing competitive pricing with Farmio’s financial goals.
Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and client-facing projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative solutions to business challenges.
