Key Responsibilities
- Work with business users to identify, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements.
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes as needed.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Facilitate UAT, including planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Support implementation efforts and provide post-deployment support.
- Identify areas for business improvement and make recommendations.
- Support Agile and/or Waterfall project frameworks as applicable.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis across any domain.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and flowcharting tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge.
