  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document detailed business and technical requirements using industry-standard techniques
  • Analyse, validate, and prioritise requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis to cleanse and standardise data, ensuring data consistency and quality.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify solution options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure solution alignment.
  • Support functional and integration testing phases.
  • Provide input for communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
  • Offer hands-on support to business units during implementation, including issue resolution and status updates.
  • Manage project components such as risks, issues, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services (Asset Management preferred).
  • Experience in Asian financial markets and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with front-office systems such as FactSet or any similar market data analysis platform is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of the asset management industry, including portfolio management, performance & attribution, risk modelling, and trade lifecycle processes.
