This position is for Great World Serviced Apartments, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving yearly budgeted revenue target for the company
Develop a sales plan and strategy on assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of set sales targets and company profitability
Prepare sales action plan for effective search of leads and prospects, manage existing customer relationships to maintain or grow market share, and develop new customers in target growth industries.
Schedule sales visits to customers, prepare proposals, conduct site inspections and follow through on conversions and renewals.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM database of Customer & Contact Profiles
Support Sales & Marketing initiatives through proactive sales activities and participation in team projects
Align sales focus and targeting with selling strategies set forth by DOSM and Revenue Manager
Prompt updates on Sales Opportunity and Activity Reports, with timely submission of work tasks/reports
Partner closely with Sales & Reservations buddies, ensuring clear communication to support customer requirements
Attend to enquiries, requests and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
Provide regular feedback on market and competitor trends to the DOSM and team
Render assistance and support to other team members, when requested
Own and manage feedback from customer/resident, working with relevant departments to ensure prompt response / resolution and guest satisfaction
Take on adhoc task and stretch projects assigned by DOSM and attend promptly to work matters assigned, with timely responses
Adhere to stipulated Policies & Procedures
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Candidates with minimum 3 years' experience in a sales environment with a serviced apartment, upscale city hotel or travel/relocation industry
Proven track record in achieving and growing set sales targets
Self-motivated, result-oriented and resourceful
Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with no prior Hospitality Industry experience but have worked in Sales/Leasing roles managing corporate accounts, may be considered.
Minimum Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Business Discipline
