- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for manned guarding, surveillance, and related security services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, event organizers, and property developers.

5. Coordination with Operations
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to field and supervisory staff.
6. Reporting & Revenue Tracking
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and updates on business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and revenue contributions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a Security Agency (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record of increasing agency revenue through client acquisition and retention.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security industry norms, service offerings, and compliance (e.g., PSARA, local licensing).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Profit sharing is offered
