1. Business Growth & Sales

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for manned guarding, surveillance, and related security services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, event organizers, and property developers.
  • Conduct client presentations and security needs assessments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to retain and grow key accounts.

3. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations based on client needs.
  • Respond to RFPs and participate in tender processes from both private and public sectors.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approach.
  • Suggest improvements in service offerings to meet market demands.

5. Coordination with Operations

  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
  • Communicate client expectations clearly to field and supervisory staff.

6. Reporting & Revenue Tracking

  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and updates on business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and revenue contributions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a Security Agency (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing agency revenue through client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of security industry norms, service offerings, and compliance (e.g., PSARA, local licensing).
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Profit sharing is offered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
