The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing new business contracts for the company. This role will focus on expanding the company client base through proactive sales efforts and building relationship with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

* Identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings

* Conduct cold calls and follow-up on leads to secure appointments

* Develop account growth strategies for existing customers

* Prepare and present business proposals and quotations

* Respond to request for quotations within required time-frame

* Address client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

* Collaborate with Technical team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

* Preferably Diploma or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Sales or related field

* 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automation industry

* Ability to understand customers' needs and propose appropriate solutions

* Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team

* Strong interpersonal, communication and presenation skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Valid driving licence will be preferred
