This position is responsible for strengthening brand presence of International Cancer Specialists and driving patient referrals by building strong relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers. It focuses on expanding ICS’s network, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance awareness of our cancer care services. Working closely with ICS leadership, marketing, and medical teams, this role will implement outreach programs, promote ICS’s expertise, increase patient access, and support service expansion and community engagement in Singapore.

Qualifications/Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, with a preference for candidates who have experience in oncology or specialty care in Singapore.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), SEO, social media management, branding, and project management software.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business development and marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare industry, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical services. Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance tracking for marketing and business development projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders.
