At a Glance:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager – this role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient operations.

About the role:
The role involves managing customer enquiries, as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory levels.

  • Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g documentation and shipment status) and complex order resolution
  • Manage all customer enquiries in a time sensitive manner
  • Handle and process shipment orders
  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas agents, customers, suppliers/contractors, and operations team
  • Manage invoicing and receivables, quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipments
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and provide good customer service
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experiences Required:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment and have:

  • 3+ years working experience in relevant field
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
