Role:
Provide operational support for the following services using portable equipment but not limited to processing of daily operational activities on board vessels and terminals.
  • De-bunkering of (heavy) fuel oil
  • De-ballasting
  • Transfer of chemical products
  • Transfer of crude oil
  • Transfer of molasses and other edible oils
  • Cargo (re)heating
  • Inerting of cargo tanks
  • Rental of fenders, hoses and reducers
  • Rental of thermal oil heaters
  • Ship-to-Ship transfer
  • Salvage support
  • Expediting and loss control
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting with quotations and order processing from customers
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients and suppliers for service delivery arrangement
  • Fully aware of all aspects of potential and ongoing operations status at all times
  • Responsible for assisting with administrative duties
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an operational/admin role
  • Meticulous and has a keen eye for details
  • Able to work independently, a self-motivated team player and a clear communicator
  • Hardworking with a good attitude to learn and pick up new skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft office
  • Any ad-hoc AOH duties as required
  • Experience within Marine and/or Logistics sector will be an added advantage
  • Available on immediate basis.
