CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Ensure the front counter area is clean and organized.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Handle paperwork, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Ensure the front counter area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Problem Resolution:- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Adhoc jobs as assigned by Supervisor.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet customer needs.
Compliance:
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure customers data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- O-level / Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in customer service or related role in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
- Required to work on weekends or public holidays if scheduled.
