Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Ensure the front counter area is clean and organized.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Handle paperwork, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Ensure the front counter area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Problem Resolution:- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

  • Adhoc jobs as assigned by Supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to meet customer needs.

Compliance:

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure customers data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • O-level / Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in customer service or related role in automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
  • Required to work on weekends or public holidays if scheduled.
